I am not traditionally a person to write reviews but the service my granddaughter and I received from Dr Warren completely deserves a review. I took my granddaughter to a pediatric dentist for a routine exam and cleaning that ended in a $3000 estimate for multiple procedures that included root canals, crowns, fillings and sedation. … We came to Cottonwood Endodontics for a consultation and were informed that not only did my granddaughter not require a root canal and crowns but the original diagnosis was highly over priced. I cannot thank Dr Warren enough for his honest and ethical diagnosis … My granddaughter only really needed a small filling on two baby teeth and nothing further.
