Tell us about your health
Please let us know about any allergies or medical conditions that could affect treatment, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves or joints, or rheumatic fever. Also tell us about medicines like heart medicines, aspirin or blood thinners.
If your physician or dentist has told you to take antibiotics before dental treatment, for example because of a heart condition or joint replacement, please take them as directed before your visit.

- Fee estimateYou receive a written estimate, and we help you understand your insurance. Monthly financing is available through CareCredit.
- TreatmentOften treatment can start the same day. If you prefer sedation, we will schedule a visit for it.
