- We check your benefitsOur staff contacts your insurance company to find out what your plan covers.
- You get an estimate firstBefore treatment, we review the estimated insurance payment and your portion with you. Your estimated portion is due at the time of service.
- We file your claimWe complete and submit the insurance claim for you.
- We settle the differenceIf a balance remains after your insurance pays, we send you a statement. If your insurance pays more than estimated, we refund the difference.
Please remember that you are responsible for all fees, regardless of your insurance coverage.
