Payment options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Our standard prices are card prices. When you pay in full with cash or check at the time of treatment, we automatically take 3.5% off. This is a discount, not a surcharge.
Monthly financing is available through CareCredit. You can also pay your bill online.
Insurance
All services are charged to the patient, and the patient is responsible for payment. We will help prepare your insurance forms, help collect from your insurance company and credit any payments to your account. Because we are not part of your insurance contract, what your plan pays may differ from our estimate, and we cannot provide treatment on the assumption that insurance will pay in full. Our office policy
- Financial arrangements must be made before treatment. Emergency care, and any care without prior arrangements, is paid by cash or card at the time of service.
- Accounts more than 60 days past the date of service, without written arrangements made in advance, are charged 1.5% per month (18% per year) on the unpaid balance.
- If an account is sent to collections, the patient or responsible party is responsible for collection fees and reasonable legal costs.
